I want to buy, but I am not sure if the watch will fit?

 

The strap on each watch is fully adjustable so you can tailor it for an exact fit. If you wish, we can do this for you before we ship it to you. Just get in contact with us after you place your order and give us your exact wrist measurements.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept all major debit and credit cards, which are processed securely using TryCelery via Stripe. Your card will not be charged until 14 days prior to delivery. We are here to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, so if you would like to pay using another payment method, please contact us and we will try and make it possible.

Is International shipping available?

We want everyone to be able to buy our products, no matter where you live. We are working hard to grow our delivery network to make this possible. In the meantime we can deliver to the following territories: Europe (all 28 EEA states), United States of America, Australia, and Canada. If you would like the product shipped elsewhere, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

 

We begin production of our watches on the last day of each month. We aim to have your watch at your door within 45 days of production beginning. Due to the Christmas shipping deadlines, delivery is estimated for January 2018 and whilst we are hopeful that all products will be delivered in time for Christmas, this is something we cannot guarantee.

Why do we do this? There are two main reasons:

 

  1. Environmental reasons - it reduces waste product

  2. We pre-sell for a month and the cease to take orders for that edition, meaning your watch will be custom-made when you order it.

How does the share giveaway work?

Hollander is your brand as much as it is ours. That is why I we have decided to give away 10% of the company to our first customers. Everyone that buys the first edition before our pre-sale ends on 10th November will receive a share in the ownership of Hollander. You can read the full legal documentation here

Is there a warranty? 

 

We offer a full 18-month guarantee on all products. If it's our fault, we’ll fix or replace your product without question. Warranty excludes: water damage, wear and tear, scratches, batteries and theft.

How do I contact you?

 

You can contact us by using the email form above. We also have a Live Chat facility which we operate during normal office hours (9am-6pm Mon-Friday). We aim to get back to you within one hour.

Will I have to pay International Taxes and Duties?

 

Not if you are based in Europe. If you are based outside of Europe your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are out of our control and vary from country to country. Typically, these can be around 20% of the product’s listed price but this is just a guide. For an accurate figure you are advised to contact your local customs office. If you need any help with this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Is delivery of the First Edition guaranteed by Christmas 2017? 

The pre-sale for the First Edition ends on 10th November 2017. Delivery is estimated for January 2018 and whilst we are hopeful that all products will be delivered in time for Christmas, this is something we cannot guarantee.

Is the product of a good quality?

Quality is an absolute priority and is at the forefront of our minds throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, from design to manufacture. All our watches are made using quality Swiss movements and Sapphire Crystal glass.
